Dynamic Yield has successfully completed an audited Service Organization Controls (SOC 2) Type II certification. This certification demonstrates that we maintain the highest standard of compliance, ensuring the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data.

We have further refined internal procedures and rearchitected our internal systems to ensure compliance under the California Consumer Privacy Act, which provides protection, control, and security over the personal information businesses collect about consumers.

We implemented and maintain a security program that leverages the ISO/IEC 27000-series of control standards as its baseline, which ensures organizations keep information assets, such as financial info, intellectual property, and employee details, safe and secure.

With our ISO 27017 compliance, we’ve met the additional standards and guidance of this best-practice framework to ensure information stored in the cloud is safe and secure.

With our ISO 27018 compliance, we ensure that personally identifiable information (PII) is protected across cloud computing services.

With ISO 27701, Dynamic Yield further improves the implementation and maintenance of its Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) as an extension of its ISO 27001 certificate. ISO 27701 provides guidance for PII controllers and processors holding responsibility and accountability for PII processing.

Dynamic Yield’s core product functionality and performance was found in accordance with the defined scope and is accredited under the Infocomm Media Development Authority’s Accreditation@SG Digital programme.

Based on our assessment within the Cloud Controls Matrix, we are listed on the Security Trust Assurance and Risk (STAR) registry, which encompasses key principles of transparency, rigorous auditing, and cloud security best practices.
