Ann Johnson

Ann Johnson is executive vice president of Security Solutions at Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee. She leads Mastercard's customer and partner strategies globally across security, fraud, identity, disputes and post-purchase experience.

Before joining Mastercard, Ann held roles as deputy CISO and executive security advisor as well as oversaw Microsoft’s investment and partner strategy roadmap for security, compliance and identity to help organizations become operationally resilient and unlock cloud and AI capabilities. She previously held senior executive roles at Qualys and RSA Security.

An author, podcast host and sought-after global speaker, Ann frequently contributes insights on cyber resilience, online fraud, identity and the overall threat landscape. Ann is passionate about promoting a creative, human-centric approach to cybersecurity and closing the skills gap.

Ann is a member of the Board of Directors for Datavant and Human Security. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and political science from Weber State University.
