1. Begins September 1, 2025 and ends January 31, 2027, subject to early termination. Eligible U.S. Mastercard® small business credit cardholders, and U.S. Mastercard® small business debit cardholders who are new Instacart+ subscribers can receive 3 months of free Instacart+. Eligible U.S. Mastercard® small business credit cardholders who are new or existing Instacart+ customers, and all U.S. Mastercard® small business debit cardholders who are new to Instacart+ as of September 1, 2025 can receive $20 off on their second qualifying order of $10 or more, each month. 2. This offer is valid from June 1, 2024, through November 30, 2025. Each Luminary customer who uses a U.S.-issued Mastercard Small Business credit card (“Eligible Mastercard Card”) to purchase any annual Luminary Membership plan on the Luminary website during the offer period, whether for the first time, as an upgrade, or at renewal, will receive a 30% discount off the total price of such annual membership. This offer excludes digital wallet payments. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon. During the offer period, your discounted membership is set to automatically renew at the end of the membership year. Your membership will automatically renew at the then-current annual membership price with the 30% discount applied so long as your card on file is still an Eligible Mastercard Card. However, if you change(d) your card on file to a non-Eligible Mastercard Card or other credit card type, you will not receive the 30% discount at the time of renewal. For each new Microsoft Advertising customer, a credit of $300.00 will automatically be applied to the customer’s Microsoft Advertising account once such customer has spent $150.00 on Microsoft Advertising using a Mastercard Small Business Credit, Debit or Prepaid card. The $300.00 credit will be applied to each participating customer’s Microsoft Advertising account after such customer has spent $150.00 in accordance with the Offer terms. 6. HealthLock is an end‑to‑end analytics‑driven platform that helps protect cardholders’ medical identities and data and monitors their medical claims for errors, fraud and overbilling. HealthLock provides three plan levels:
- Medical Claim Monitor: Helps guard against medical fraud and privacy intrusions by monitoring medical data breaches, providing alerts and helping remediate medical fraud issues.
- Medical Claim Auditor: Organizes, tracks and audits all healthcare bills (24‑month retroactive audit and ongoing auditing) in one place, verifying that all bills are accurate and identifying potential overcharges and insurance errors. This level includes everything from the previous plan.
- Medical Claim Saver: Provides access to medical bill negotiation with providers and insurance companies to potentially help reduce bills and reverse claim rejections. This level includes everything from the previous plan.
Enrolled users receive, at no cost, Medical Claim Monitor, plus a premium upgrade to Medical Claim Saver for the first 90 days. After 90 days, users will continue to receive Medical Claim Monitor at no monthly cost and have the option to continue with Medical Claim Auditor for $4.99 per month or Medical Claim Saver for $19.99 per month. 7. Access to the Stride platform applies to cardholders of participating U.S. issuers only (see below for details). Cardholders can enroll in health coverage on Stride’s platform during the annual Open Enrollment Period or if they have a qualifying life event. Through Stride channels, Mastercard Small Business cardholders in the U.S. will have access to a 30-day free trial of the My Medical Champion telehealth service, which is provided by AXA. Free trial begins when you register for the My Medical Champion service and ends 30 days later.
Participation: If you have been notified by the bank that issued your Mastercard Small Business card that they have registered with Stride Health, you will gain access to the platform through a co-branded platform between Mastercard and Stride.
