ATM theft protection

If a Mastercard Platinum Debit cardholder is robbed or assaulted immediately after using an ATM within two hours of withdrawing cash, this program will replace the stolen money and provide benefits in the event of death. Benefit available in Paraguay and Uruguay.

Price Protection

Price Protection coverage allows you, as a Platinum Debit Mastercard cardholder, to make purchases with confidence, knowing that you can obtain benefits from this coverage.

E-commerce Price Protection

If you find a lower advertised price (excluding auctions or discounts) for the same product within 45 days of purchase (7 days for online purchases), you can get a refund for the price difference. Benefit available in Bolivia, Paraguay and Ecuador.

Purchase Protection with Shipping Coverage

Enjoy Purchase Protection with Shipping Coverage on purchases made with your Mastercard Platinum Debit card. Get coverage against theft or accidental damage within 45 days of purchase, and for non-delivery after 30 days. Restrictions and exclusions apply. See terms and conditions for details. Extended Warranty

Enjoy Extended Warranty coverage on purchases made with your Mastercard Platinum Debit card. This extends the original manufacturer's or store warranty by up to 1 year. If you purchase an additional warranty, coverage extends for 1 year after both original and purchased warranties expire, up to a combined maximum of 3 years.
