Mastercard Lighthouse 2025 Spring Program welcomes 20 forward-looking Nordic and Baltic fintech and impact companies
STOCKHOLM, SWEDENThe Mastercard Lighthouse program has launched its 14th round with 20 outstanding fintech and impact startups.
Lighthouse FINITIV
This spring, the partnership program will focus on Denmark, Norway and the Baltics, with the ambition to stimulate and contribute to the already active and growing startup scene in these countries. Focus areas in the upcoming program include accounting, fraud detection, API-based and insurance solutions, to name a few.
Mastercard Lighthouse is committed to supporting innovation and partnerships between investors, banks and other corporate partners, and the startups and early scaleups that participate in the program.

Denmark
- Kontolink is offering automated accounting for SMEs, with heavy use of AI/ML, multiple data sources and a simplified UI.
- LENEO is simplifying recurring billing and contract management for B2B businesses.
- Partisia's Fraud Detection Platform enables confidential collaboration between multiple banks by securely bridging them.
- Tapeeze offers multifunctional and innovative cards through tokenization, not just to banks, but to all businesses.
- Wolfpack is developing an app to help SMBs get a complete real-time overview and control of their cash flow.
Norway
- Bislab builds leading automated credit rating and financial crime prevention solutions to the professional market.
- Digisure helps banks and insurers embed digital insurance, boosting revenue and loyalty without costly in-house development.
- Front Payment aims to reduce administrative work and streamline complex payment processes.
- Justify is a legal life management platform for people, embedded into existing and new customer journeys of banks and insurance companies.
- Mobai offers secure and user-friendly face verification to prevent ID-fraud in the banking and eID-industries.
Baltics
- Axiology develops DLT market infrastructure for regulated tokenised securities under EU DLT Pilot Regime Regulation.
- BankingLab is developing a Connector-as-a-Service for financial institutions, a unified, regulation adaptable API.
- Complok is building a regulatory compliance & risk management platform for financial institutions.
- Tap2Pay is activating payments for SMBs without coding skills in messengers, social networks and websites.
- Zwapgrid provides one single powerful API that enables access to SME accounting systems.

During the Spring Program round, admitted program participants will be able to present their solutions and discuss possible collaboration areas with Mastercard, Danske Bank, Swedbank, SEB, DNB, OP, Resurs Bank and SpareBank 1 Østlandet, in a 1-on-1 setting during a series of events and workshops.
The program participants will be introduced to relevant investors from the Mastercard Lighthouse Investor Circle, made up of 160+ investors across Europe, the UK and North America. Additionally, the companies will meet growth advisors such as AWS, Fintech Mundi and Invenio Growth.
The program also facilitates meetings with various Mastercard stakeholders, including Marketing and Communication teams.
Lighthouse MASSIV
Lighthouse MASSIV, Mastercard’s impact tech partnership program, is committed to helping as many people as possible globally to live more secure and prosperous lives.

Esgrid – Based in Tallinn, Estonia, Esgrid is a B2B SaaS startup that empowers medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions to manage their value chain sustainability on autopilot by fully automating end-to-end processes and reducing costs by 10x.
Trust Stamp Denmark– Trust Stamp delivers privacy-first, interoperable identity solutions that empower underserved communities to securely access essential services without compromising personal data. By irreversibly converting biometrics into tokens using proprietary technology, Trust Stamp enhances fraud prevention, operational efficiency, and digital inclusion while ensuring the highest standards of security and privacy.
Contribe – Founded in Denmark, Contribe is redefining loyalty by making every purchase an opportunity for real-world impact. Instead of earning points or discounts, consumers automatically earn Change - a new reward that supports social and environmental causes at no extra cost to them.
Empower – a company born in Norway, Empower is a global leader in digital waste tracking and circular economy solutions, leveraging blockchain technology to bring transparency, traceability, and accountability to waste value chains. By incentivizing informal waste collectors and enabling businesses to verify and offset their plastic footprint, we are building a financial infrastructure for waste that ensures both environmental impact and economic empowerment.
As part of the Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV program, startups receive feedback and support from UNDP, Swedbank, Danske Bank, Synch and individual advisory board members from organizations and firms like VNTRS, Shayp and STIM.
These board members represent sustainability experts, investors, and executives, each with their own global network.
