Mastercard and Paytrail announce strategic partnership to launch Click to Pay in Finland - taking online payments to the next level

Mastercard announces a strategic partnership with Paytrail, the leading online payment service company in Finland, to launch Mastercard Click to Pay across the Finnish market. Following the partnership, all eligible Paytrail customers are now live with Click to Pay, enabling a seamless payment solution to more than 10 000 of their online merchants.
Based on a global industry standard, Mastercard Click to Pay is a digital payment solution enabling consumers to use their payment cards without the need to manually enter their card details. All payment information is securely centralized in a single profile, offering a seamless payment experience for consumers at connected online merchants.

What is Click to Pay?
Click to Pay is a faster, simpler and safer way to pay online. It is a service that allows consumers to pay for their online purchases with one click without entering card information separately. The service is part of Mastercard's commitment, supported by the payment industry, to stop manually entering payment card information in connection with online purchases by 2030.
