Growth Minds partner up with Mastercard Lighthouse

Growth minds, Northern Europe’s fastest-growing community for startup and scaleup leaders, today announced a new partnership with Mastercard Lighthouse to expand support for founders across the Nordic and Baltic region.

Founded in 2024 by Mastercard Lighthouse co-founder Vincent Weir, Growth minds bring together the region’s top entrepreneurs once a month to tackle pressing challenges and drive collective growth. Backed by the founders of Creandum and Slush, the Growth minds community has quickly become a central hub for knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and collaboration among leading startup builders.

Through this partnership, Mastercard Lighthouse further demonstrates its commitment to strengthening the tech ecosystem by supporting the founders who power it. Mastercard Lighthouse program participants and alumni will now gain access to Growth minds’ curated educational sessions and afterwork events. Beginning in fall 2025, the winners of each FINITIV and MASSIV program will also be awarded a complimentary Growth minds membership, while all current participants will have the right to join the community at a discounted rate.
