1. Program application

Application Deadline: 9 August 2026.



Focus markets:

  • FINITIV Spring: Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Baltics
  • FINITIV Fall: Sweden, Finland and Baltics
  • MASSIV: All Nordic & Baltic markets

2. Initial review & due dilligence

After the application deadline, we review all applicants and advance you further in the process through Dealum. 

3. Class selection event

Pre-selected applicants pitch at the online startup selection event for the Program partners, who will score the startups.

4. Class announcement

We announce the 15 FINITIV and 5 MASSIV participating companies for upcoming classes through an official press release.

5. Program onboarding

A series of workshops and meetings with Mastercard, partner banks, advisors, experts and investors, during a 2-3 month time period.

Partnerships

Exploring potential partnership opportunities with Mastercard, partner banks, growth advisors, legal advisors, tech advisors, investors and experts. 

Investor introductions

Lighthouse Program has 200+ investors connected to the program. A fundraising workshop with experts and advice on how to raise funding, followed by an Investor Demo Day arranged within the program. Lighthouse Program has 200+ investors connected to the program, who are invited to the Demo Day. 

Network

We will provide reach through Mastercard Global network as well as Partner banks network. Open the door to Mastercard experts, resources, partners, technology and markets that can build bridges for the future.

Visibility

Startups will gain visibility through Lighthouse program social media channels and Mastercard PR releases. Photo and video content will be produced for participating startups. Startups will be coached to pitch on stage at leading tech events in the region. 

Recognition

Startups compete for Country Winner, Impact Potential, People's Choice, and Investor Awards. An Overall Winner is selected each cycle, earning a Start Path pitch opportunity and a 1 year Growth minds membership.

Startups participating in the program will benefit from support and guidance provided by Mastercard Lighthouse's Network of experts, advisors, and partner banks. We collaborate with Mastercard professionals, resources, partners, technology, and markets to deliver value. Our team uses its expertise to identify real partnership opportunities that drive innovation.
