What is a Third Party Provider?

Third Party Provider (TPP) is a collective term that is used for Account Information Service Providers (AISP) and/or Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISP). If your business is a licensed AIS or PIS provider, your business acts as a Third Party Provider.

Mastercard Open Banking is an example of a Third Party Provider.
