Joyce Bo
Executive Vice President, Core Payments, Asia Pacific

Joyce Bo is Executive Vice President, Core Payments, Asia Pacific at Mastercard. Based in Singapore, she leads the Core Payments business across the region, spanning consumer products, digital platforms, acceptance, payment networks including account-to-account capabilities, optimization and digital assets. She works closely with teams across Asia Pacific and at the enterprise level to accelerate innovation, strengthen Mastercard's partner ecosystem and continue delivering the next generation of payment experiences for consumers, businesses and governments.

Before joining Mastercard, Joyce was General Manager leading payment innovation and the policy center of Alipay+, Ant International's global wallet gateway. Over more than six years with the company, she helped develop and commercialize innovative payment solutions while overseeing rules and policy, pricing and foreign exchange strategy. She previously led strategic investments across Asia and brings nearly a decade of earlier experience in investment banking and private equity in Hong Kong with Morgan Stanley and HSBC.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
