Abhinav Bhatt
General Counsel, Asia Pacific

Abhinav Bhatt serves as General Counsel for Asia-Pacific at Mastercard. In this role, Abhinav leads the regional legal function and acts as a trusted adviser to regional leadership, working closely with the business to support growth while managing legal, regulatory, and reputational risk across diverse markets.

Abhinav joined Mastercard’s law department in 2011 and has since held several senior roles, most recently leading the global Commercial and SME Solutions legal team. Abhinav holds a Master of Laws from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from Rutgers University, and a dual undergraduate degree in Law and Commerce from Symbiosis International University.
