A fast casual restaurant avoided adding delivery fees
A leading chain wanted to explore adding delivery fees to orders of $12 or less. Using the Test & Learn® Menu Analyzer, the restaurant learned that carts $12 and under were frequently abandoned once the delivery fee was added, and that daily sales of that basket size declined 22% compared to those without the fee. With those insights, the restaurant decided not to roll out delivery fees, keeping customers across its network.
