Prakriti Singh
Executive Vice President, Core Payments, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa

Prakriti leads Mastercard's core payments business across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa — 80 markets, spanning consumer, acceptance, digital and network solutions. Her remit covers the shifts reshaping payments, including agentic commerce, digital assets and stablecoins. Under her leadership, the region has delivered a series of global firsts, among them payment passkeys, agentic commerce, and Access Pass.

Nearly two decades in financial services, have placed her at the intersection of sales, strategy, innovation, and inclusion. As head of Digital & Acceptance for EEMEA, she built the region's e-commerce, authentication and digital foundations. As head of Mastercard Labs MEA, she commercialized the Mastercard SME Credit Program and scaled Farm Pass to millions of farmers.

Prakriti has been named Middle East's Top Leader in Tech by Economy Middle East & Finance World, featured on the ITP.net 30 Tech Power List 2026, Entrepreneur's Top 100 NRIs, and is a recipient of the Women in Payments Innovation Award. Earlier on she was with Oliver Wyman and worked as an advisor on financial health to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
