Ngozi Megwa
Senior Vice President, Network Services, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, Mastercard
Ngozi Megwa is the senior vice president of Network Services for the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region at Mastercard, where she drives revenue growth, assurance and optimization for network-linked products in 81 markets.
She leads strategic initiatives to unlock growth opportunities across multiple business lines, including fraud management, risk and cybersecurity, consulting, marketing, insights, analytics, loyalty, personalization, core payments and new payment flows.
Previously, Ngozi served as the Global Retail Banking lead at Mastercard with a focus on empowering retail banks to succeed in the digital and open banking era by leveraging emerging technology and data-driven insights. Earlier, she headed Mastercard’s Digital Partnerships, Fintech and Enablers segment.
Ngozi holds a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra, a master’s degree in Business Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria. She has also completed Corporate Director Development Programs at Harvard Business School and certifications in Risk and Cyber Risk Governance at the DCRO Risk Governance Institute.
