万事达卡宣布新亚太区联席总裁任命
2015年6月18日 | 北京，中国2015年6月18日，北京——万事达卡今日宣布任命凌海先生和Ari Sarker先生担任亚太区联席总裁，同时将亚太区分为两大子区域，分别是东北亚及澳大利亚地区（North East Asia and Australasia，简称NEAA）和东南亚及南亚地区（South East Asia and South Asia，简称SEASA）。因坐拥中国和印度两个最大的市场，亚太区的重要性日益显著，此次区域管理层调整旨在对该区域的多元化市场采用更有针对性的战略。
凌海先生将出任东北亚及澳大利亚地区总裁，此前他曾任万事达卡国际市场企业拓展总裁。凌海于2010年加入万事达卡担任大中华区总裁，他在多个市场的金融服务及咨询业拥有超过22年的行业经验。
Ari Sarker先生将出任东南亚及南亚地区总裁。他在万事达卡工作超过四年，曾任万事达卡南亚区总裁及印度企业事务负责人。他在金融、商业以及并购领域拥有超过22年的经验，曾在美国、欧洲、以及亚太等重要市场担任高级管理职位。
凌海先生和Sarker先生将常驻新加坡，共同接替即将离任的万事达卡亚太区总裁毕威祺（Vicky Bindra）先生。
万事达卡国际市场总裁安康莳（Ann Cairns）女士表示：“亚太地区拥有巨大的市场潜力，我们希望通过此次区域性调整进一步推动亚太区目前强劲的发展势头。凌海先生与Saiker先生在万事达卡工作期间业绩斐然，我们期待他们带领万事达卡的业务继续增长。” 她继续表示，“我们十分认可并感谢毕威祺先生在过去六年中对于亚太、中东及非洲地区市场业务增长的贡献，并祝愿他在未来的事业中更上一层楼。”
