What is Mastercard Community and Belonging initiative?

Mastercard’s Community and Belonging initiative is a global effort to foster meaningful connections, inspire acceptance and create a culture where everyone feels they belong. It focuses on opening doors to opportunity, enabling equal access and empowering individuals inside and outside the organization to thrive.

How do Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) contribute to employee engagement and community impact?

Mastercard has 16 Employee Resource Groups with over 200 chapters worldwide. The ERGs provide spaces for employees to connect, share perspectives and drive cultural awareness, thereby strengthening engagement and creating positive impact across communities.

We're purposeful in bringing ERGs together across common communities to share different perspectives and create deeper connections as One Mastercard.
