Mastercard is proud to sponsor The BRIT Awards, supporting music from grassroots to the global stage.
We’re thrilled to be in Manchester for the first time - honouring the city’s rich musical heritage and the communities, small businesses, iconic venues and emerging artists that continue to shape it.
We remain supporters of The BRIT School, the unique free school nurturing the creativity of 14–19-year olds. Throughout our headline sponsorship, The BRIT Trust and BRIT Awards fundraising has benefited thousands of students from music to production arts. Many BRIT School alumni are among today’s leading artists, including RAYE, Olivia Dean, Lola Young and Critics’ Choice nominee Rose Gray.
We are continually inspired by the achievements of both new and established artists across the UK and globally, and we’re once again proud to present Mastercard Album of the Year and Song of the Year with Mastercard. Please join us in celebrating this year’s nominees and winners, including the many BRIT School alumni making their mark on the industry.

As the BRIT Awards come to Manchester, Mastercard is continuing its Mic Drop Talks school-outreach campaign, connecting local schools with industry professionals including DJ Paulette, an iconic Manchester-born House DJ, producers, photographers and campaign managers. The initiative is designed to inspire the next generation of young creatives, with the sessions’ goal to spark passion for music and highlight the many career paths within the creative industries.
