Problem

A bank partnered with Mastercard’s Specialized Business On-Site Support (SBOS) to optimize their consumer credit portfolio.

A regional bank was looking for program management experts to support the development, prioritization and fast -track execution of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product. The bank leveraged Mastercard's SBOS for on -site consumer banking product managers and program managers to assist with the execution and delivery of their critical strategic portfolio initiative.

 

Approach

Mastercard created an implementation plan to execute time delivery across three phases:
