Jennifer Rademaker
Chief Future of Work Officer

     

Jennifer Rademaker is Mastercard’s chief future of work officer and a member of the company’s Management Committee. 

She is the first executive to hold this role at Mastercard, underscoring the company’s unyielding focus on people and culture. Jennifer will lead all aspects of future of work for Mastercard, from programs that support flexibility to office spaces to tools and resources that enable employees to deliver their best work. 

Prior to assuming this role, Jennifer was executive vice president of Global Customer Delivery, responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of the company’s products and services worldwide to issuers, acquirers, merchants and other partners.  

Earlier in her career, Jennifer led customer delivery, expert sales and prepaid account management in the United States and Canada following a successful tenure driving the development and commercialization of the company’s consumer and commercial products in Europe. 

She brings more than 30 years of global experience in payments and financial services, with positions at Experian, American Express, First USA/Bank One and African Bank in South Africa. She is also the author of a comic book series published in South Africa that educates children on good financial habits and life skills. 

Jennifer is the chair of the Board of Trustees of Fine Cell Work, and serves on the Board of Directors at Fair4All Finance, Snapper Services and ICM Mobility Ltd.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in statistics from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in statistics from Iowa State University.
