Craig Vosburg
Chief Services Officer

     

Craig Vosburg is chief services officer at Mastercard and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and Management Committee. He leads the team responsible for Mastercard’s value-added services, a critical set of growth enablers that differentiate payment offerings and diversify revenues.

Services integrates key growth areas that solve real-world problems and drive impact for customers, including fraud management, risk and cybersecurity, consulting and marketing services, as well as insights, analytics, loyalty and personalization programs. Under Craig’s leadership, the team is also scaling new networks in global open banking and digital identity, and championing enterprise-wide innovation by leveraging AI and its in-house lab, the Foundry.

Craig previously served as Mastercard’s chief product officer, leading the global Product & Engineering organization. Previously, he was president of North America, where he was responsible for the company's operations and customer-facing activities in the U.S. and Canada, amongst several other leadership roles.

Earlier in his career, Craig was a senior member of the financial services practices with Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney as well as vice president at CoreStates Financial Corporation.

Craig sits on the board of directors of Hawaiian Airlines, the Sultana Education Foundation, and the board of trustees of CancerCare. He is a past David Rockefeller Fellow at the Partnership for New York City. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
