VIENNA Lounge is an impressive modern environment of 2500 m² available to Mastercard® Platinum, World Elite and Corporate and Business Premium cardholders flying to destinations both inside and outside the Schengen zone.





Premium services at multiple locations



Holders of Platinum, World Elite or Business Premium Mastercard® cards are eligible for exclusive services at the VIENNA Lounge and SKY Lounge of Vienna Airport.

VIENNA Lounge (for passengers departing for SCH – Schengen zone and NSCH – non-Schengen zone destinations)

 

Ideal for departures from gates B, C and D (transfer buses to gates F and G depart every 15 minutes).

Where can I find it?  
At Terminal 1, directly after security control, on the second floor.

Opening hours: 04:30 AM – 12:00 midnight every day.

SKY Lounge awaits passengers at the same, existing location

SKY Lounge Schengen  
Ideal for passengers of flights departing from gates F and G. 

Where can I find it?   
At Terminal 3, on the second floor, to the left after the security control point. Accessible via elevator and escalator.

SKY Lounge Non-Schengen
Ideal for passengers of flights departing from gate G (to non-Schengen zone destinations).

Where can I find it?    
At Terminal 3, on the second floor, to the left after the security control point. Accessible via elevator and escalator.

Opening hours: 05:00 AM – 9:30 PM every day.

USAGE

Which premium cards provide access to the Vienna lounges?

 

Entry requires touching your physical bank card to the terminal. We are unable to accept screenshots of digitalised cards or photos of physical cards.

Platinum and World Elite cardholders

Cardholders, all of their children under 3 years of age and 1 companion may enter the SKY Lounge and VIENNA Lounge free of charge. Other companions may access the SKY Lounge for €29 and the VIENNA Lounge for €39 per person.

Mastercard Credit Card.

Corporate and Business Premium Mastercard cardholders

Cardholders may enter the SKY Lounge and VIENNA Lounge at Vienna Airport free of charge. Companions of the cardholders may enter the SKY Lounge for a fee of €29 per person and the VIENNA Lounge for a fee of €39 per person.

World Mastercard cards.

Usage of the services does not require registration. Upon entry, you only need to present your Platinum, World Elite or Corporate and Business Premium Mastercard and your boarding pass valid on the given day.
