If you believe a transaction posted to your account is fraudulent, you should immediately contact the financial institution that issued your card. Look for a customer service number on the back of the card or on your billing statement. You can also contact the Mastercard Assistance Centre toll-free at 1-800-Mastercard (+1 800 627 8372) or collect from outside the U.S. at +1 636 722 7111. If you’re in the U.S., you can report scams and suspicious calls, emails, texts and websites to the Federal Trade Commission.

While we take each card breach very seriously and are working closely with investigative agencies, we encourage you to contact your financial institution for the most up to date information. Typically, there is a customer service number on the back of the card that you can call.
