Re-establishing a connection to the end user's bank / Lost bank connection

Sometimes a problem can occur where the end user’s connection to the bank is lost or disconnected.

We recommend they try the following:

  • Login into The Hub with their Hub connected email
  • When logged in, click on “Banks”
  • Click the bank connection they experience issues with
  • Click the blue “Options” button
  • Choose “Update account”
  • Log into the bank

 

If the login is successful, the end user should check whether the connection is reestablished with the service that they use.
