- You must be a Mastercard cardholder to benefit from this offer.
- To receive the benefits associated with Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership, your Hertz Gold membership number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
- You can skip the counter once your Gold membership is activated, after your first rental .Available at select locations only.
- In all cases, a valid Mastercard card must be registered as the form of payment in your Gold Plus Rewards membership profile.
- Complimentary Hertz Gold membership is valid for period of 12 months, after which time if you have not completed any rentals, your membership will be made inactive.
- The driver must present a valid driver’s license and use a valid Mastercard card as the method of payment at pickup.
- This offer is only available for new registrations.
- Discount applies to the base rate quoted (excluding VAT and other fees). Discount does not apply to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft protection (TP) (unless included in the base rate), Vehicle Licensing Fee (VLF), any surcharges (including but not limited to location surcharge or Young Driver Surcharge), taxes or any additional charges and optional extras such as excess waivers (Super Cover), Personal Insurance, snow/chains/tyres, child seats, GPS and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
- Minimum rental 1 day – Maximum rental 28 days.
- Discounts are valid at participating Hertz rental locations only and are subject to availability. Standard blackout dates apply (see Hertz Reservation Terms and Conditions). Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or corporate rates.
- All rentals are subject to Hertz’s Rental Terms and Rental Qualifications and Requirements, found here.
- Hertz 24/7 locations and vehicles are not available for this promotion.
- Offer is valid for rentals booked directly via hertz website.
- Hertz reserves the right to change or remove this promotion at any time without notice. If you make any changes to your rental that will result in a re-quote, it may no long erqualify for the offer.

Whilst European cardholders can sign up to the offer, it should be noted that when booking a rental, not all Hertz rental locations participate in this offer.
Note that the Mastercard benefits are available to cardholders who sign up with Hertz as new customers only .Please contact us if you have existing Hertz customers wishing to redeem this offer.
Enhanced Hertz status matching (Five Star and President’s Circle Status) can take up to 72 hours to process after registration. Cardholders can check their status by logging into their Hertz account after setup.
The discounts quoted are added to the cardholder account set up with Hertz and will apply to all future bookings*.
*The 15% discount on electric vehicle rentals is valid for rentals made up to 31 December 2026 only.
