My First Football Step

“My First Football Step” is a unique Mastercard campaign launching in Armenia for the first time, designed to inspire the next generation of football fans and bring children closer to the excitement of the UEFA Champions League.

Through this initiative, parents are invited to share a short Instagram video of their child (aged 7–9) creatively commenting on a UEFA Champions League 2026 match and expressing their passion for football. A jury will review the submitted videos and select the most creative and engaging entries. One lucky winner will then be randomly selected from the shortlisted finalists.

The winning child, accompanied by a parent or legal representative, will receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to Budapest and attend the UEFA Champions League Final. As part of this priceless experience, the child will also have the chance to walk onto the pitch alongside one of the finalist teams before the match.

Campaign Period: March 13 – March 31, 2026


How to Participate

Parents or legal representatives (18+) who are citizens of the Republic of Armenia or hold a valid residence permit and permanently reside in Armenia can participate in the campaign on behalf of their child.

To participate between March 13, 2026 (20:00) and March 31, 2026 (23:59, Yerevan time), participants must:

  • Have a public Instagram account throughout the campaign period
  • Follow @mastercard_armenia on Instagram
  • Record a video of up to 30 seconds where their child comments on any UEFA Champions League 2026 football match
  • Publish the video on Instagram including the hashtag #priceless and tagging @mastercard_armenia

Eligibility & Content Requirements

· Participating children must be 7–9 years old and 105–135 cm in height.

· The video must be original and published on the parent’s or legal representative’s Instagram account.

· Instagram accounts must remain public during the campaign period so that entries can be verified.

Videos must not contain:

  • Profanity or violent content
  • Promotion of alcohol, tobacco, or gambling
  • Violations of third-party intellectual property rights
  • Any content that violates applicable laws

The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to reject applications if the Instagram account is private, fake, or does not allow confirmation of the participant’s identity. Responsibility for the published content lies with the participant.
