Campaign mechanics

  • Customers will receive 20% extra refund on their VAT refund amount when they shop tax-free and pay with a Mastercard in Turkey. 
  • The 20% extra refund applies only to the VAT refund amount, not to the total purchase amount. 
  • The extra refund is capped at 2,000 TRY per transaction

How customers can redeem

  1. Shop Tax Free: Make tax-free purchases at participating stores in Turkey.
  2. Pay with Mastercard: Complete your payment using a Mastercard.
  3. Register for the Campaign: Present your Mastercard to the shop staff at the time of purchase to register for the campaign.
  4. Receive Your Refund: After Customs validation, both the standard VAT refund and the 20% extra refund will be paid directly to your registered Mastercard.
