Registration is now open for all categories. All Spring Meetings attendees must be accredited prior to badge issuance. Registrations are not transferrable and on-site accreditation is not guaranteed. All participants are recommended to submit their registration request as soon as possible.

Collaborating to Enhance Cyber Resiliency and Secure Digital Trust

This Mastercard event, in partnership with the International Institute of Finance, will convene global cybersecurity leaders for a roundtable discussion on collaborating to enhance cyber resiliency and ensure digital trust. Robust panel discussions and keynote sessions will focus on navigating the evolving cybersecurity risk management and incident reporting landscape, enhancing cyber capacity building, and digital trust through secure and inclusive development. The 13th IIF Cyber Security Roundtable event will feature keynotes from the Bank of England, the World Bank, and the Federal Reserve.

A panel discussion, co-organized by Mastercard’s Policy Center and the US Chamber of Commerce, featuring experts from the private sector, UNESCO, and public office. This event will discuss the critical role of women in driving innovation and technological advancement and ways in which fostering inclusive environments and equal opportunities can unlock the full potential of diverse perspectives in shaping the future of tech. Discussion will focus on strategies to break down barriers, inspire the next generation of female innovators, and create a more equitable and prosperous world through the power of technology.

Fast Payment Systems: Uptake, Use, and Inclusion Gains

The Mastercard Policy Center for the Digital Economy is partnering with the Center for Strategic and International Studies for the launch of its latest paper Uptake, Use, and Inclusion Gains from Fast Payment Systems: Early Comparative Data, and a panel discussion on the role fast payment systems in addressing financial inclusion for consumers and SMEs. This public panel discussion will present new research that explores the role of digital payments in advancing financial inclusion and the impact of FPS adoption in four countries: India, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Thailand.

Digital Financial Services: Shaping a Safe and Responsible Digital Future

Mastercard is participating in an Alliance for Financial Inclusion event which will bring together a cross-section of public and private sector stakeholders to discuss building resilient, scalable, interoperable, and secure payments ecosystems. The goal of the session is to understand the benefits and implications of different approaches and identify the work that can be done collaboratively to design and deploy inclusive, safe, sustainable, technology-led solutions that deliver impact. The discussion will unpack what role the private sector can play to innovate alongside government while ensuring the proper guardrails required for a safe and sustainable ecosystem.

Mastercard is participating in an Alliance for Financial Inclusion, Global Partnerships team Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) Roundtable on Inclusive Green Finance (IGF) on the sidelines of the IMF and WBG Spring Meetings. This event aims to determine actionable public-private collaboration of IGF through individual and joint actions, well-informed policies and regulations, systematic knowledge exchange and strategic advocacy.
