Director, Government Affairs and Policy

Zeina Boustani helps lead Mastercard’s engagements with a number of multilateral organizations on global public policy issues, with a particular focus on Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.  She previously directed Strategy & Operations for Mastercard’s Localization Program Office, where she focused on developing strategies to maintain domestic relevance and tackling ongoing geopolitical developments that impact our global business.

Prior to Mastercard, Zeina spent ten years at a strategic business and geopolitical advisory firm in Washington, DC. She also worked for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Beirut, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in DC.
