Just log on to www.aventuramall.com, click on the live chat button and you will be connected to an eStylist from Aventura Mall to assist you with anything you need. For MasterCard cardholders that are looking for more of a personal touch and additional services, a complimentary in-person Stylist session can be setup for those that plan on spending $1,000 or more on their MasterCard.
Live Chat eStylist sessions are only available at aventuramall.com. Live Chat available Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm (EST), 11/25/11-12/23/11. During hours that Live Chat is not available, email instructions will be provided for customer inquiries. In-person stylist is available by appointment only. Cardholders will need to sign a prior agreement in which if the $1,000 minimum spend is not met with purchases made on their MasterCard the customer will be charged at $150 per hour. Complimentary session are limited to one hour per person with additional hours billed at $150 per hour. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
