Terms & Conditions
I. Qualifying Transactions. Only qualified persons (as set forth below) may take advantage of the Offer, and the Offer is good for purchasing any TurboTax OnlineSM product (the “Product”).

1. To secure savings, cardholder must use a valid MasterCard card to purchase the Product by visiting www.officialpayments.com/turbotaxmc.
2. You must access the Offer only through the aforementioned hyperlink where the 20% savings will automatically be applied.
3. You must be the primary cardholder or an authorized user of a MasterCard card in good standing.
4. Void where prohibited. Offer only redeemable in the U.S.
5. Applicable taxes must be paid by bearer.
6. Offer Valid December 17, 2007, through October 15, 2008.
7. You must acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

II. If you do not access the offer from www.officialpayments.com/turbotaxmc you cannot take advantage of the Offer. Instead, you will be charged the full amount of the Product. In other words, transactions that are initiated from a hyperlink OTHER THAN directly from www.officialpayments.com/turbotaxmc will not qualify for the Offer. Further, any telephone transactions (such as through 800-2PAY-TAX or 800-272-9829) will not qualify for the Offer and will be charged for the full amount of the Product. Only MasterCard® card payments are eligible for the Offer.
III. Transactions in connection with the Offer that are made with lost, canceled, stolen or fraudulent cards will result in the payment being reversed and legal action may be initiated in connection therewith.
