You should be aware that we may collect personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") about you from the following sources:

Personal Information Disclosed by MasterCard.
We may also disclose Personal Information we collect to subsidiaries or third parties that provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law. For example, we may disclose your Personal Information to operate the Program, administer any promotions associated with the Program (such as sweepstakes), and respond to legal process.
Keeping Personal Information Secure.
We believe that keeping financial information secure is one of our most significant responsibilities. Anonymous Information and Cookies.
We may collect aggregate (i.e., anonymous) information in connection with your use of the Site or participation in the Program. Collection of Information by Citi and Cingular.
By using the Site or participating in the Program, you agree that any Personal Information or aggregate information we collect is also considered to be collected directly by our partners in providing the Program, Citi and Cingular. The information collected by those entities will be governed by their privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.
Users Under Age 13.
We do not collect or maintain information from our Site from those we know are under 13 years of age. No part of the Site is designed to attract anyone under 13 years of age.
