MasterCard Intra-EEA fallback POS interchange fees are set out below. On 12 June 2008 MasterCard announced that, effective 21 June 2008, it would temporarily repeal its MasterCard and Maestro Intra-EEA cross-border consumer card interchange fees in conformity with the European Commission’s 19 December 2007 Decision.
