Question Where do I get my MasterCard Online password/PIN number?
Answer Upon registration, your request will enter your MasterCard Administrator's queue for approval. Once approved, the request will be directed to MasterCard to initiate the license process. After the account is established, an activation email will be sent to you with a link to activate the account. Log in credentials will include user ID and password (PIN).

Answer There is no charge for the MasterCard OnLine software or security mechanisms used by MasterCard OnLine. Because network connectivity is provided through the Internet, MasterCard does not charge a connectivity fee for the Browser Edition. Some value added products and services are charged independently of MasterCard OnLine. Question I cannot remember my MasterCard Online password/PIN, can I reset it myself?
Answer If you are a password user, you can enter your User ID and click on the “Forgot my password” link and answer your verification question. Your password will be emailed to you.

Question Can you unlock my account? I tried to log in and it says my account is locked. Why is my account locked?
Answer If you try to log in 5 times with the incorrect information the system will automatically lock your account. Please Contact Global Customer Service 1-800-288-3381 (inside U.S.), 1-636-722-6636 (non-U.S. members), 1-636-722-6292 (Spanish language support), or send an email to online_helpdesk@mastercard.com and we will be able to unlock your account and reset your password if necessary.
