To qualify for the Offer:

You must use a valid Debit or Credit MasterCard® Card to purchase an H&R Block® TaxCut Online^SM Product. The product can only be purchased by visiting http://www.hrblock.com/goto/mastercard.
You must be the primary cardholder of a Debit or Credit MasterCard® Card or an authorized user thereof.
You must acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
I. If you do not purchase the Product from www.hrblock.com/goto/mastercard, you cannot take advantage of the Offer. Instead, you will be charged the full amount of the product.
II. In regards to transactions made with lost, canceled, stolen or fraudulent cards, the payment will be reversed and legal action may be initiated.
III. Taxes/Legal Representations. Any federal tax or other obligation related to using the Product is the responsibility of the taxpayer. Please consult your tax or legal advisor concerning any tax or other consequences related to participation in the Product. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT LINK2GOV CORP AND MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF LINK2GOV CORP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE OFFER; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH SERVICE DESCRIBED IN THE OFFER; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE DESCRIBED IN THE OFFER; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE DESCRIBED IN THE OFFER.
