顧客於優惠期內用以換取禮品之簽賬存根必須符合下列細則:
(a) 所有簽賬存根必須列明簽賬日期、信用卡號碼、商號名稱、簽賬金額及持卡人簽署;
(b) 所有簽賬存根必須於換領當日由又一城之商戶發出;
(c) 存根上之帳號必須與出示之信用卡號碼相同。
以下類別之簽賬均不適用於本優惠:現金透支、結餘轉賬、自動轉賬、分期付款、網上購物、郵購、電話訂購、「迅用錢」、八達通交易、證券買賣、財務費用、逾期費用、信用卡年費及於香港又一城非按真實交易發出的簽賬存根或已被取消、正在進行索償、退貨等之簽賬存根或MasterCard Asia / Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited及又一城決定之其他類別。否參與此優惠。 |

顧客須出示於香港又一城商戶累積購物滿HK$1,500或以上的商戶之即日收銀機發票正本及MasterCard卡(萬事達卡)簽賬存根正本(銀行及八達通增值收據除外)。 |

如發現客戶於一日內有重複換領禮品的情況,MasterCard Asia / Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited 將保留於客人的卡戶內扣除多換領禮品之價值的權利。 |

每張單據及MasterCard卡(萬事達卡)簽賬存根只可供一人換領禮品乙次。 |

所有禮品不可更換或兌換現金。 |

| Terms and Conditions of the Tourist Promotion |
| 1. |
Purchase must be settled by an overseas-issued and mainland China-issued MasterCard-branded cards processed through MasterCard network (China Union Pay network not applicable) at Festival Walk in order to enjoy the promotional offers. |
| 2. |
Only original same-day cash register receipts and card sales slips presented on the day of purchase will be accepted. |
| 3. |
The acceptance of sales slips for redemption is subject to:
- clear printing of transaction date, credit card number, merchant name, transaction amount and cardholder's signature;
- all transactions must be made at Festival Walk on the same day of redemption;
- the credit card number on the credit card must be the same as that shown on the credit card sales slips.
The following types of sales slips are not eligible: cash advance, balance transfer, autopay, installment, internet purchase, mail order, phone order, “Call-A-Loan”, Octopus transactions, securities purchase, finance charge, late-payment charge, annual fee and any sales slip not issued for a genuine transaction at Festival Walk or which has been subject to a cancellation, charge-back, return of goods or any other categories as MasterCard and Festival Walk may at their discretion to determine. |

Original same-day receipts from any store in Festival Walk and MasterCard card sales slips with an accumulative amount of HK$1,500 or above must be presented for redemption (except receipts of bank transactions and Octopus Card re-loads). |

Sales receipts under HK$100 are not redeemable. |
| 6. |
For receipts of installment or partial payment/ deposit, only the actual amount paid on the day of purchase will be counted. |
| 7. |
MasterCard cardholders must present their overseas-issued or mainland China-issued MasterCard-branded cards upon redemption. |
| 8. |
To redeem the gift, MasterCard cardholders must and accept to provide their personal details such as their names, MasterCard card numbers, contact details and details of spending including the merchants’ names and purchase amount to the customer service staff at the redemption counter. |

In case customers have arranged double redemption, MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to deduct the amount of the extra gift from the customer’s MasterCard. |
| 10. |
Each sales receipt and credit card slip can only be redeemed once by one person. |
| 11. |
Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash. |
| 12. |
MasterCard cardholders can only redeem a maximum of ONE CRABTREE & EVELYN Gift per person per day and the content may vary. |

Gifts are available while stocks last. |
