MasterCard® All Access Valet Parking Card is only available for purchase on a valid MasterCard® card and valid one year from its inception date (valid dates listed on card). Card is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There will be no cash substitutes for Card. Card valid only if signed. Name must be printed on card. Must present valid All Access Valet card and personal identification at time of valet service. General T&C/Release of Liability

The Promotion is being conducted and sponsored by Turnberry Marketing Group LLC (the "Sponsor") at Aventura Mall beginning on November 19, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time and continuing until December 31, 2013 at 9:30p.m. Eastern Standard Time (the "Promotion Period"). By participating in the Promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these Rules, which will be made available at the MasterCard® Concierge Center during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor will conduct the Promotion as described in these Rules, however, the Sponsor shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Promotion without notice or any further obligation due to events beyond its control. Participant agrees to release, discharge and save harmless Sponsor, MasterCard® International Incorporated, Aventura Mall, tenants of Aventura Mall and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property arising out of participants participation in the Promotion.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
