Purpose
To support Managers with respect to servicing the target customers needs.
Dimensions
You will be responsible for the daily interaction with the customer and for participating in and managing routine and special-project work teams. You will develop detailed project plans and manage team activities, roles, and budgets according to plan. You will maintain on-site customer contact as needed.
Major Accountabilities
Accountable for customer team performance in growing MasterCard revenues and profits with the customer.
Identification of opportunities for enhancing MasterCard's relationship with the customer, particularly, pro-active identification and implementation of products and initiatives that grow MasterCard and customer revenues while meeting strategic product objectives.
Deep understanding of customer needs and pro-actively addressing these needs.
Leading the MasterCard team serving the customer and acting as the primary point of contact for the customer.
Managing all MasterCard interaction with the customer.
Actively engage and coordinate efforts with other customer-facing MasterCard resources including Product Sales Specialists, Customer Marketing Specialists, Advisors Account Specialists, Regional Implementation Support, Strategic Operations and processing resources.
Leading the customer planning process incorporating inputs and perspectives from Product, Marketing, Advisors, Technology and processing, including revenue targets and resource requirements.
Provide required inputs to senior segment management for segment planning and resourcing.
Achieving revenue and profitability targets for the customer relationship.
Coordinate and lead the efforts in consulting services to clients in conjunction with Advisors.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years customer sales and consultative experience in Financial industry

Title: Marketing Leader, Customer Marketing

Purpose
To work with the General Managers, Relationship Managers and regional marketing to implement the Japan customer marketing strategy and execute specific initiatives to increase revenue and profits for key customers (including GKAs) and MasterCard.
Dimensions
You will be responsible for tailoring global, regional and local marketing assets to develop and execute programs with target customers in Japan market. You will work closely with the Relationship Managers and the consumer marketing teams to align efforts against top business priorities as well as identifying opportunities for joint marketing efforts with the customer.
Major Accountabilities
' Identification and prioritization of opportunities to leverage MasterCard and customer marketing assets at the customer-level to drive revenue growth for the customer and MasterCard.
' Prioritization of the customers' stated marketing needs and determination of the appropriate areas of focus for MasterCard;
' Responsible for providing marketing expertise to analyze customers' cardholder portfolio, recognizing opportunities for MasterCard, with aim to provide the best customized solutions, which create long term customer value.
' Application and customization of MasterCard consumer intelligence, brand, and other MasterCard marketing assets to customer-level opportunities where appropriate.
' Strategy development, marketing program ideation through execution including pre and post market results tracking and analysis.
' Coordination with senior management, regional marketing managers and Global Marketing to ensure integration of customer-level marketing efforts with regional priorities.
' Incorporation of inputs from customer team, product sales specialists, Advisors account specialists, strategic operations, processing, acceptance and co-branding resources as appropriate.
' Formation of multi-disciplinary work teams organized around customer marketing and business processes ' e.g., marketing strategies around key product launches important to the customer.
' Active participation in CRM planning process with Relationship Managers to set marketing-related objectives, performance targets and requirements for the customer.
' Active participation in country level consumer planning process with the marketing intelligence and acceptance teams.
' Analysis of customers' cardholders and portfolio, recognizing opportunities for MasterCard, and provides the best customized solutions, which create long term customer value.
' Support new business development that facilitates MasterCard winning business with existing partners and new partners.
' Manage the content and tracking of customer marketing programs through the regional CRM Customer Marketing process on behalf of the Japan and Korean country teams.
Skills

' Expertise in consumer and brand marketing - Promotions, Advertising, Direct Marketing with specific skills in acquisition, activation, usage and retention marketing
