TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Valid for bookings made from 1st May until 3rd December 2008 and travel must be completed by 12th March 2009.
  2. Travel cannot be taken during the following dates:
    • June 20th-20th July 2008.
    • Aug 1st-10th 2008.
    • Dec 12th 2008 – Jan 11th 2009.
  3. Minimum base fare (excluding charges, VAT and other taxes) is €126.00.
  4. This offer is 5% discount on economy transatlantic fares only. Please visit www.aa.com for further information.
  5. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. Child and infant discounts subject to rules of fare purchased.
  7. The merchant is not liable for any internet breakdowns, faults, or technical complications.
  8. It is the responsibility of the travellers to ensure they have adequate travel insurance, valid machine-readable passports, the necessary visas and required documentation to comply with travel regulations when traveling to the United States of America and beyond.
  9. The traveller shall abide by and be subject to the booking fare terms and conditions. In the event of inconsistencies between these terms and American Airlines' terms, these terms shall prevail.
  10. The offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available for any offer. The promoter reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the present offer if circumstances require it.
  11. AAdvantage miles can be accrued against fare purchased.
  12. No discount is offered on fuel surcharges or taxes.
