"Blessings of Prosperity from ifc mall" Redemption Program

Terms and Conditions for Participation

1. "Blessings of Prosperity from ifc mall" (hereinafter called "Promotion") is held between 16 January 2009 and 30 January 2009 (both days inclusive) (hereinafter called "Promotional Period") in ifc mall. Valid general ifc shoppers (hereinafter called "Shopper(s)") and cardholders of valid MasterCard® branded cards (hereinafter called "Cardholder(s)") are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Terms and Conditions for Shopper(s)

2. Eligible Shopper(s) who spend HK$3,500 or above (with a maximum of 2 same-day receipts, excluding purchase of cash and gift vouchers or gift cards, spending in restaurants and cafes, telecommunications services, banking services, car parks, Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons Place, store-value cards and any value added to store-value cards) in ifc mall during the Promotional Period, on the same day they are entitled to the following gifts:
   • A set of Raffles Fortune Carp Mini Cutlery; and
   • A pack of International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called "ifc") Lai See Packets.
3. Eligible Shopper(s) must present the original machine-printed sales receipt(s) issued by valid ifc mall merchant(s) at the Concierge on Podium Level 1 (Service Hours: 11am – 10pm daily) on the same day to receive the gift. Valid receipt(s) will be stamped by the authorized chop of ifc after redemption. Out-dated receipt(s), duplicate receipt(s), re-printed receipt(s), damaged receipt(s) and photocopied receipt(s) are not acceptable. No receipt is allowed to be re-used for redemption in the Promotion.

Terms and Conditions for Cardholder(s)

4. Eligible Cardholder(s) who spend HK$3,500 or above (with a maximum of 2 same-day receipts, excluding purchase of cash and gift vouchers or gift cards, spending in restaurants and cafes, telecommunications services, banking services, car parks, Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons Place, store-value cards and any value added to store-value cards) with MasterCard® branded card(s) in ifc mall, on the same day they are entitled to the following gifts:
   • A Deluxe Coconut Cream Pudding topped with Gold Foil and Almond Chips from Cuisine Cuisine (hereinafter called "Pudding") from 16 January 2009 to 24 January 2009; or
   • 2 PALACE IFC Movie Vouchers from 25 January 2009 to 30 January 2009.
5. Same eligible Cardholder possessing multiple valid MasterCard® branded cards is entitled to a maximum of 3 puddings or 3 pairs of PALACE IFC Movie Vouchers per day.
6. Cardholder(s) must present the original machine-printed sales receipt(s) issued by valid ifc mall merchant(s), valid MasterCard® branded card(s) and Cardholder copy(ies) of original credit card receipt(s) at the Concierge on Podium Level 1 (Service Hours: 11am – 10pm daily) on the same day to receive the gift(s). Valid receipt(s) will be stamped by International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called "ifc") authorized chop after redemption. Out-dated receipt(s), duplicate receipt(s), re-printed receipt(s), damaged receipt(s) and photocopied receipt(s) are not accepted. No receipt is allowed to be re-used for redemption in the Promotion.
7. Terms and Conditions for Pudding Redemption

   7.1.	Redemption voucher(s) of Pudding (hereinafter called "Gift Voucher(s)") is (are) applicable to the Cuisine Cuisine at ifc mall only.
   7.2.	Gift Voucher(s) is(are) valid from 16 January 2009 to 24 January 2009.
   7.3.	Gift Voucher(s)only entitle(s) to redemption(s) of Pudding by Cuisine Cuisine.
   7.4.	Each Gift Voucher entitles to one Pudding redemption only. Repeated use is not accepted.
   7.5.	Pudding(s) should be redeemed at Cuisine Cuisine upon presentation of original Gift Voucher(s) with valid stamps. Damaged or photo copied Gift Voucher(s) will not be accepted.
   7.6.	Gift Voucher(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, or other products or services. The bearer is not entitled to any refund or exchange in cash.
   7.7.	Gift Voucher(s) is(are) not exchangeable for any other vouchers or coupons.
   7.8.	ifc, MASTERCARD and Cuisine Cuisine will not accept any claim for the loss of Gift Voucher(s), and will not replace the Gift Voucher(s) in case of loss or damage.
   7.9.	Cuisine Cuisine is responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the goods and services provided.
   7.10.	ifc and MASTERCARD are not responsible for any obligations and liabilities related to the goods and services provided.
   7.11.	ifc, MASTERCARD and Cuisine Cuisine reserve the right to amend the offer, terms and conditions without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of ifc, MASTERCARD and Cuisine Cuisine shall be final.

8. Terms and Conditions for "PALACE IFC Movie Voucher" Redemption

   8.1.	PALACE IFC movie voucher(s) (hereinafter called "Movie Voucher(s)") is(are) applicable to PALACE IFC Cinema only.
   8.2.	Movie Voucher(s) is(are) valid from 25 January 2009 to 30 April 2009.
   8.3.	Face value of each Movie Voucher is HK$75. If any exceptional movie exceeds the regular price of the theatre, Movie Voucher bearer is required to pay the difference by his/her MasterCard® branded card.
   8.4.	Movie Voucher(s) can only be used once.
   8.5.	Original Movie Voucher(s) with valid stamp(s) must be presented before selecting seat number at box office. Damaged or photo copied Movie Voucher(s) will not be accepted.
   8.6.	Movie Voucher(s) is(are) invalid under any violation of the film Censorship Ordinance.
   8.7.	Movie Voucher(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, or other products or services. The bearer is not entitled to any refund or exchange in cash.
   8.8.	Movie Voucher(s) is(are) not exchangeable for any other vouchers or coupons.
   8.9.	Any unused balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
   8.10.	Movie Voucher cannot be used with other vouchers or coupons of PALACE IFC.
   8.11.	ifc, MASTERCARD and PALACE IFC will not accept any claim for the loss of Movie Voucher(s), and will not replace the Movie Voucher(s) in case of loss or damage.
   8.12.	PALACE IFC is responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the goods or services provided.
   8.13.	ifc and MASTERCARD are not responsible for any obligations and liabilities related to the goods or services provided.
   8.14.	ifc, MASTERCARD and PALACE IFC reserve the right to amend the offer, terms and conditions without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of ifc, MASTERCARD and PALACE IFC shall be final.

Terms and Conditions for Shopper(s) and Cardholder(s)

9. All gifts are offered on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
10. Each transaction can only be registered for redemption once. Multiple redemptions of the same transaction are not eligible.
11. Each eligible Shopper is entitled to a maximum of 3 sets of gifts per day.
12. All gifts are not exchangeable, returnable and redeemable for cash.
13. Sales personnel of ifc mall tenants are not allowed to join this Promotion on behalf of Shopper(s).
14. ifc and MASTERCARD do not accept any claim for the loss or damage of the gift(s) and do not replace the gift(s) in case of any loss or damage.
15. The Promotion is bound by the above terms and conditions. ifc and MASTERCARD reserve the right to cancel, revise or suspend all or any part(s) of the Promotion, or the terms and conditions herein contained, at any time without prior notice or reason; may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to Shoppers in the manner it deems appropriate in such cases.
16. The decision of ifc and MASTERCARD on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the Promotion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
17. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
18. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
