MasterCard & Wilson Parking Lucky Draw Promotion - Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion Period:
   The Promotion is valid from December 1 , 2011 to February 29, 2012 (both days inclusive) - "Promotion Period".
2. Prize:
   During the Promotion Period, 10 winners will be randomly drawn each month to win a MasterCard Free Spending Credit of HK$1,000 each. A total of 30 winners will be drawn during the Promotion Period.
3. Method of entry in the Lucky Draw:
   1. Cardholder will be automatically entitled to one lucky draw chance every time when they settle the hourly parking fees at Wilson Parking with MasterCard credit card during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of lucky draw each cardholder can enter. Participants who are not able to win in the current month will be automatically entered into the next lucky draw until the end of the Promotion Period.
   2. Only cardholders of MasterCard issued in Hong Kong are eligible to participate in this Promotion and cardholders of Mastercard issued in other overseas countries or regions are not eligible to participate.
   3. Prize draw is opened to Hong Kong residents aged 18 years or above.
4. Lucky Draw Arrangement:
   1. A total of 3 lucky draws will be held during the Promotion Period. Each will be held within 10 working days from the last transaction day of each month.
   2. Result of the Monthly Lucky Draw will be listed on Wilson Parking webpage within 5 working days from the day of Lucky Draw.
   3. Result of Lucky Draw will be published in "The Standard" and "Sing Tao Daily News" on March 23, 2012.
5. Prize Claim:
   1. The prize of HK$1,000 free spending credit will be credited into the winner's MasterCard credit card account used for the transaction.
   2. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, other products or offers.
6. General Terms & Conditions:
   1. MasterCard & Wilson Parking Lucky Draw Promotion is not applicable at Hong Kong International Airport and The Link car parks.
   2. Staff of MasterCard Asia / Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and Wilson Parking (Holdings) Limited are not eligible to participate.
   3. In the event of disputes, MasterCard Asia / Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and Wilson Parking (Holdings) Limited reserve the right to make the final decisions.
   4. Participants shall be solely responsible for any expense payable in connection with his / her participation in this Promotion or redeeming or using the Prize.
   5. In case of discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese translation of these terms and conditions , the English version shall prevail.
