Terms & Conditions of Promotion

1. This Promotion is organized by Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Limited ("Priceline") and MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited ("MasterCard").
2. The Promotion is open to all MasterCard cardholders who purchase selected Priceline travel packages departing to Shanghai with reservation made via Priceline's website www.priceline.com.hk/eng/MasterCard or hotline at 3192 0966.
3. You must pay in full at the time of booking using a MasterCard-branded card.
4. Booking period: June 1 to October 25, 2010
5. Travel period: From June 1, 2010 to October 25, 2010 (no blackout dates).
6. The travel package is subject to flight and hotel availability.
7. Tickets must be issued in e-ticket format in Hong Kong and Macau only.
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount coupons.

10. MasterCard shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to products and services provided by Priceline and the quality of the service.
11. In case of any disputes, MasterCard and Priceline reserve the right to make the final decision.
12. Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
13. In case of discrepancy between English version and Chinese translation of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
