Merchant Offer Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The offers are valid from 20 June 2012 to 30 November 2012 (both dates inclusive).
2. The offers are applicable to all MasterCard cards.
3. Unless specified, the offers are valid only at the designated outlets in the Hong Kong International Airport.
4. As the offers are subject to the respective particular terms of the outlets concerned, MasterCard cardholders should look to outlets concerned for details of the offers.
5. The participating outlets reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers without prior notice.
6. The gifts provided by the participating merchants for the offers are available while stocks last. The gifts or discounts for the offers are not exchangeable for other merchandise or cash. The gifts for the offers are not transferable. The participating merchants reserve the right to replace the gifts with others of the same value.
7. MasterCard cardholders must present their MasterCard cards in order to enjoy the offers.
8. MasterCard cardholders must settle the full payment in association with the offers with valid MasterCard cards to enjoy the offers.
9. MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and Airport Authority Hong Kong are not the suppliers of the participating merchants' products or services. Both shall not be responsible or liable for the concerned products or services or the participating merchants' reject to provide the offers.
10. In case of any dispute, MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and Airport Authority Hong Kong reserve the right to change or terminate the offer or change the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time.
11. The participating merchants shall be solely responsible for the quality and all related matters regarding the provision of the offers.
12. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discounts or privileges.
