Terms and Conditions:

1. "Earn Cash Vouchers 3X faster. Enjoy unprecedented shopping and parking privileges. Only with MasterCard at ELEMENTS." (the "Promotion") runs from October 1 to December 31, 2010, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period")
2. MasterCard cardholders who make any same-day spending with their MasterCard card at ELEMENTS during the Promotion Period are automatically eligible to join the Promotion.
3. Every HK$1 same-day spending made with MasterCard card and processed by MasterCard payment network = 3 times MasterCard-ELEMENTS (ME) Points for the MasterCard cardholder concerned. A maximum of HK$20,000 spending (60,000 ME Points) will be credited throughout the promotion period.
4. All MasterCard cardholders can enjoy a lower entry of HK$20,000, spending accumulated within 3 months to become an ELEMENTS CLUB permanent member.
5. Upon becoming a permanent member of the ELEMENTS CLUB, every HK$1 same-day spending made with World MasterCard card and processed by MasterCard payment network at ELEMENTS = 5 times ME Points for the World MasterCard cardholder concerned. A maximum of HK$100,000 spending (500,000 ME Points) will be credited throughout the promotion period.
6. Should spending exceeds HK$20,000 (for MasterCard cardholders) or HK$100,000 (for World MasterCard cardholders), the cardholders will follow the ELEMENTS CLUB members' Point scheme (i.e. Every HK$1 same-day spending at ELEMENTS = 1 ELEMENTS CLUB Point). Cardholders may then redeem gift vouchers upon successful registration as an ELEMENTS CLUB member.
7. 60,000 ME Points can redeem HK$400 "MasterCard-ELEMENTS Cash Voucher" (the "Cash Voucher"). A Cash Voucher redemption letter will be issued upon successful qualified accumulative spending.
8. 60,000 ELEMENTS Points can redeem HK$400 Cash Voucher. Quotas apply and Cash Vouchers redemption is available on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis. A redemption letter will be issued at ELEMENTS CLUB during the regular cash vouchers redemption schedule.
9. World MasterCard Cardholders can enjoy 5 times ME points by spending with World MasterCard card upon registered as ELEMENTS CLUB permanent members. Upon stamping card first time registration, cardholders will be automatically eligible to 5 times ME bonus points when spending with World MasterCard card ONLY. Payment made by MasterCard in the following purchase will not be entitled to the 5 times bonus points but will be eligible for the ELEMENTS CLUB members' Point scheme (i.e. Every HK$1 same-day spending at ELEMENTS = 1 ELEMENTS CLUB Point).
10. All redeemed Cash Vouchers are valid until Jun 30, 2011
11. Tourists wishing to make a redemption must present a valid passport to register at the time of redemption.
12. For installment transactions, only the first month installment payment amount will be counted as spending for this Promotion.
13. To be eligible for this Promotion, MasterCard cardholders must present original sales slips issued during the Promotion Period for registration at the designated redemption counter at 2/F, Metal Zone between 12nn and 10pm on the same day that the payment transaction is made. Eligible transactions made after 10pm will be counted as being made on the next Promotion Day.
14. This offer only applies to eligible transactions posted no later than December 31, 2010 within the promotion period (based on the posting date). Photocopied, damaged or expired sales slips will NOT be accepted.
15. Each eligible sales slip will be entitled to one registration entry only.
16. Spending will be rounded down to the nearest dollar and the odd balance is not applicable to the calculation of the extra dollar.
17. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, cancelled, refunded, unposted and/or split transactions will result in automatic forfeiture of the cardholders' eligibility for this promotion.
18. ME Points will be forfeited after December 31, 2010 and points will not be transferred to the ELEMENTS CLUB scheme thereafter.
19. ME Points cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-returnable, non-transferable and cannot be resold.
20. In order to be eligible for this promotion, MasterCard cardholders' account status of the related card must remain valid and normal during the promotion period or at the time when the ME Points are being awarded. Should a MasterCard cardholder's account be cancelled or in violation of the terms and conditions of the Card User Agreement, or should his/her card account be in default during the promotion period or at the time when the ME points are awarded, the ME Points will automatically be forfeited.
21. A valid stamping card must be presented at the time of redemption. Stamping cards will not be replaced nor reissued if damaged or lost. Photocopied stamping cards will NOT be accepted.
22. Valid original same-day computer-printed receipts must be presented at the time stamps are redeemed. Shoppers must also present a corresponding MasterCard electronic payment slip that is processed by MasterCard payment network. The name on the stamping card and the MasterCard electronic payment slip must also be the same.
23. ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan cardholders' computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
24. Eligible spending does not include any payment made with ELEMENTS Cash Vouchers or gift vouchers from any retails brand. ME Points will only be awarded according to the payment amount made by MasterCard card and that is processed via MasterCard payment network.
25. Eligible retail transactions do not include any transaction made at/with Bank of East Asia, Essentia Healthcare Solutions (Medical & Dental Clinic) and China Coach Terminus. Other ineligible transactions include those made for membership fee payments, purchases of cash/gift vouchers and Octopus value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants. Duplicate, damaged, photocopied or handwritten receipts will also not be accepted.
26. Redemption offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount, and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, spending credits or other goods/services.
27. MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited ("MasterCard") and ELEMENTS reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the offers without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of MasterCard and ELEMENTS shall be final and binding.
28. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version of these terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

Earn 2 times Parking Offers at ELEMENTS
Terms and Conditions:

1. Redemption for the complimentary parking offer must be made during the same visit to ELEMENTS by presenting a corresponding Octopus at the Concierge Counters, or redemption counter at 2/F Metal Zone (from 12nn to 10pm).
2. To be eligible for the "6-hours' complimentary parking for 3 cars" offer, at least 1 of the cars must be driven into ELEMENTS carpark on or before 12 noon.
3. The 6 hours of complimentary parking are valid before 6pm only. Parking hours after 6pm will be charged on an hourly basis at the standard rate. Alternatively, each eligible car owner may present his/her corresponding purchase receipts to redeem the corresponding complimentary parking offer.
4. At least one/One single Food and Beverage purchase with a minimum spending of HK$400 on an original printed receipt must be presented to redeem the "6 hours' complimentary parking for 3 cars" offer.
5. MasterCard cardholders can only present a maximum of 3 valid original same-day payment receipts for redemption (excluding redemption of the "6 hours' complimentary parking for 3 cars" offer). Each valid receipt must be valued at HK$100 or above based on the transaction amount (excluding any gift voucher values used).
6. Each receipt can only be used once at maximum during this promotion. Each single receipt can be used for either Complimentary Parking or Complimentary Valet Parking Service once only. Redeemed offers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
7. Valid original same-day computer-printed receipts and an eligible MasterCard card must be presented at the time of redemption. MasterCard cardholders must also present the corresponding electronic payment slip made by their MasterCard cards.
8. Payment of parking fee (if any) must be made by Octopus card. Cash payments will NOT be accepted. The name on the MasterCard card, Octopus card and the electronic payment slip must be the same.
9. ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan shopper's computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
10. Receipts from Bank of East Asia, Essentia Healthcare Solutions (Medical & Dental Clinic), China Coach Terminus, membership fees payment, purchases of cash/gift vouchers and Octopus value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are NOT eligible. Duplicate, damaged, photocopied or handwritten receipts will NOT be accepted.
11. In the event of any dispute, MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited ("MasterCard") and ELEMENTS reserve the right of final and binding decision on all matters.
12. In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version of these terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
