  1. The Promotion (hereinafter called "Promotion") is offered by MasterCard® Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Ltd (hereinafter called “MasterCard "). During the Promotion Period (1/6/2008 – 31/8/2008), valid MasterCard® Cardholders (referred to holder of MasterCard Branded cards and its supplementary cards) can use the card in designated merchants that match the requirements of Promotion, and are eligible to participate in the promotional activities and enjoy the Promotion or other special offers.
  2. The currency for transactions in this Promotion is New Taiwan Dollars only. Cardholders must present or remark its identity as a MasterCard Cardholders and his/her intention in special offer redemption at time of purchase booking or purchase. Cardholders shall only be eligible for this Promotion by using MasterCard to pay the full amount of the purchase.
  3. The Promotion Period of merchants (1/6/2008 – 31/8/2008), designated merchants reserve the right to substitute the Promotion offer should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary and shall be subject to their announcement.
  4. Gift to this Promotion by all Vieshow Cinema is Combo Set Meal of MasterCard, which is effective when purchase made by MasterCard, exclusive of internet booking and purchase through internet.

  8. MasterCard reserve the right to make final decision on all matters relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the interpretation and amendments of the Terms and Conditions and notes of this Promotion.
  9. If there is any enquiry or complaints towards this Promotion, please submit it directly to merchants that provide the particular merchandise or service. MasterCard and the participating merchants reserve the right to make final decision on the interpretation of Promotion offer while there is any voice an objection.
  10. If this Promotion is forced to stop or the terms and conditions and notes of this Promotion must be amended because of any statutory requirements, changes of events or other inevitable factor, MasterCard and the participating merchants reserve the right to announce in website or similar mass media, or by informing all credit card issuance organizations to change, amend or cancel the Terms and Conditions and notes of this Promotion without prior notice.
  11. If this Promotion is forced to stop or the Terms and Conditions and notes of this Promotion must be amended because of any statutory requirements or MasterCard believes it is deemed necessary, MasterCard reserves the right to announce in the mass media, or by informing all credit card issuance organizations or merchants to change, amend or cancel the Terms and Conditions and notes of this Promotion without prior notice to each participating merchants or Cardholders.
  12. All other matters relating to this Promotion are bound by the law of Republic of China (Taiwan).
