Merchant Offers – Terms and Conditions

The Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited ("MasterCard"). All valid MasterCard® Cardholders ("Cardholders") are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The Promotion period is between 29 September 2008 and 31 December 2008 (both days inclusive).
Cardholders must settle the payment by a valid MasterCard® branded card to enjoy the offer.
Unless otherwise specified, dining offers are not applicable to take-away order, set menu, special priced dishes, settlement of private party, banquet and catering services cost, happy hour menu, Chinese restaurant tea and condiment charges, and service charge.
Unless otherwise specified, hotel accommodation offers are not applicable to services charges and government tax; nor is it applicable to rental for ballrooms, conference rooms and long-term rental.
Unless otherwise specified, dining and hotel accommodation offers are applicable to public holidays, public holidays’ eves, festive occasions, festive eves and specific dates. Please check with respective merchants for details.
Unless otherwise specified, offers of the Promotion are only applicable to regular priced products and not applicable to fixed priced, special priced and promotional products.
The offers of the Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount or coupons.
Additional terms and conditions shall apply to certain individual offers. Please check with respective merchants for details.
Any change of offer will be subjected to the offer availability at time of patronage.
The related offer will be terminated if the business of the participating merchant is closed.
Cardholders understand and accept that all products and services are not provided by MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited. MasterCard bears no obligations and liabilities for any matters related to each product and service (including but not limited to its quality and quantity).
Should any disputed arise, Cardholders must provide related sales receipt(s) and original cardholder copy(ies) of credit card receipt(s) for MasterCard further investigation.
The Bank and the respective merchants reserve the right to revise or terminate the offer of the Promotion, and amend all terms and conditions at any time. Should any disputed arise, the decision of MasterCard and participating merchants shall be final.

Sales Redemption at The Grand Canal Shoppes and The Shoppes at FOUR SEASONS

Terms and Conditions

MasterCard "Best of Macao 2008 Promotion - Sales Redemption Program" (hereinafter called "Promotion") is held between 29 September 2008 and 31 December 2008 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter called "Promotional Period") in The Grand Canal Shoppes ("GCS") of The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel ("VMRH") and The Shoppes at Four Seasons ("SAFS") of the Four Seasons Hotel. Valid MasterCard® Cardholders (hereinafter called "Cardholders") are eligible to participate in the Promotion subject to this Terms and Conditions.
During the Promotion Period, eligible Cardholders who spend MOP3,000 or above (excluding purchase of cash and gift vouchers, spending in casino, banking services, car parks, room bill of The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel, and Octopus card reload or any value added to store-value cards) in GCS and SAFS in a single day with their MasterCard will be entitled to choose one of the following gifts:-
- One (1) Venetian Gift Shop Voucher (retail value at MOP300);
- Two (2) Cotai Strip® CotaiJet™ return tickets (Macao to Hong Kong) vouchers (retail value at MOP352);
The Venetian Souvenir Shops Gift Voucher and Cotai Strip® CotaiJet™ Ticket Voucher will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stock lasts. Certain terms and conditions shall apply. (Please refer to terms and conditions printed on the back of the Vouchers.)
Eligible Cardholders must present i) the original machine-printed sales receipt(s) issued by GCS and SAFS merchants; ii) a valid MasterCard® card; and iii) the original cardholder copy(ies) of credit card receipt(s) at the Customer Service Counters on the same day to receive the Voucher(s). Receipt(s) will be stamped by VMRH & MasterCard authorized chop after registration. Out-dated receipt(s), duplicate receipt(s), re-printed receipt(s), damaged receipt(s) and photocopies will not be accepted. No receipt is allowed to be re-used for redemption in the Promotion.
Sales personnel of GCS and SAFS tenants and staff of VMRH are not allowed to join this Promotion nor to join the Promotion on behalf of any customers.
Each Cardholder is eligible for one redemption per day and one Voucher per redemption only.
MasterCard, VMRH and SAFS will not accept any claim for the loss of the Voucher and will not replace any lost or damaged Voucher.

Terms & Conditions for "Cotai Strip® CotaiJet™ Ticket Voucher"

8.1. Cotai Strip® CotaiJet™ Ticket Voucher is valid from the date of issue to 31 January 2009.

8.2. This voucher must be exchanged for a valid ferry tickets at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure at the ticket office(s) printed on the voucher.

8.3. This voucher can only be used within the specified validity period.

8.4. This voucher is non-refundable, not for resale or transfer, and cannot be replaced if lost.

8.5. Issuance of ferry ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of exchange.

8.6. This voucher will become void if altered without the authorization of the Company.

8.7. Travel is subject to the Company’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passengers.

8.8. Cotai Waterjets (Macau) Limited reserves the right to limit the number of Complimentary Tickets on each ferry service and to terminate this promotion without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for "Gift Voucher"

9.1. Gift Voucher is valid from the date of issue to 31 January 2009.

9.2. Gift Voucher can only be used at the following 5 souvenir shops ("Souvenir Shops") at GCS :-
9.2.1. International News (Shop2525, Level 3)
9.2.2. Apothecary (Shop 1036b, Level 1)
9.2.3. Mercato (Shop2508, Level 3)
9.2.4. Boutique Di Gondola (Shop2301, Level 3)
9.2.5. Emporio Di Gondola (Shop2660, Level 3)

9.3. Gift Voucher must be used together with MasterCard® branded card.

9.4. Gift Voucher entitles the bearer to redeem goods and services of equivalent price to its face value at the Souvenir Shops on or before its expiry date. Voucher shall be invalid after the expiry date.

9.5. Gift Voucher can be used for once and for one transaction only and shall be collected upon redemption for goods and services. One Voucher can be used for each purchase.

9.6. Gift Voucher is only valid if stamped by MASTERCARD for authorization with a chop in the designated white box at the back of the Gift Voucher.

9.7. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the Gift Voucher must be settled by the voucher bearer with his/her MasterCard® branded card.

9.8. The Souvenir Shops accepting the Gift Voucher bear sole responsibility for all obligations and liabilities related to the goods or services provided in return.

9.9. Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other types of gift vouchers and other types of cash coupons provided by VMRH and/or the Souvenir Shops.

9.10. Gift Voucher (or any part thereof) cannot be redeemed for cash. The bearer is not entitled to any refund or exchange in cash. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

9.11. Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for any other vouchers and coupons.

9.12. Gift Voucher is invalid if found defaced or damaged. Photocopy of Gift Voucher is not accepted.

9.13. MASTERCARD and VMRH will not accept any claim for the loss of Gift Voucher, and Gift Voucher will not be replaced in case of loss or damage.

9.14. MASTERCARD, VMRH and the Souvenir Shops reserve the final right to amend and change any applicable terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher without prior notice.

The Promotion is bound by the above terms and conditions. MASTERCARD, Venetian Cotai Ltd, Participating Merchants and Souvenir Shops in the Promotion reserve the right to cancel, revise or suspend all or any part(s) of the Promotion, or the terms and conditions herein contained, at any time without prior notice or reason; may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to Cardholders in the manner it deems appropriate in such cases.
The decision of MASTERCARD and Venetian Cotai Ltd on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the Promotion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region.

The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel Accommodation Offer

Terms and Conditions

The offer is to use MasterCard branded card to book & settle any of The Venetian® Macao suite charge or packages through www.venetianmacao.com/mastercard to receive a MOP300 Venetian Gift Shop Voucher upon check-in.
Offer is valid and must be booked between 29 September 2008 and 31 December 2008, and hotel stay must be completed by 31 December 2008.
To receive this offer, reservations must be booked using a MasterCard through www.venetianmacao.com\mastercard and hotel bill must be charged in full to a MasterCard® branded card.
Confirmation of hotel suite or package is subject to availability upon reservations.

Exclusive Privileges at The Shoppes at FOUR SEASONS

Terms and Conditions

1.1. "Free Image Consultant Service": Limited to first trial customers. Please register your bookings at The Mall Concierge (Level Mezzanine) at The Shoppes at Four Seasons (Customer Service Hotline: +852 8117-7992)

1.2. "Free Limousine Ride": Maximum of 4 limousine transfers per day.

1.3. The service is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Advance booking is required for the services and are subject to availability. The Shoppes at Four Seasons (SAFS) and MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Ltd. (MasterCard) reserve the right for the final decision.

1.4. The decision of SAFS and MasterCard in respect to any dispute arising out of the offer shall be final.

1.5. MasterCard and SAFS may vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

DFS Galleria Macao Gift Certificate

Terms and Conditions

2.1. The Promotion is held between August 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotional Period") at all DFS outlets in Hong Kong & Macau. Valid MasterCard® cardholders ("Cardholders") are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2.2. Cardholders spending MOP3,000.00 or more ("Required Spending") in a single sales receipt with their MasterCard branded cards using MasterCard network process (Not China Union Pay) at any DFS outlet in Macau will be entitled to one DFS Galleria Gift Certificate valued at MOP300 ("Voucher") for the next purchase.

2.3. One Voucher will be given to each sales transaction meeting the Required Spending.

2.4. The Voucher is valid only when duly stamped by authorized party.

2.5. The Voucher is valid for the purchase of any items up to the value stated on the front of DFS Gift Voucher, except at the following branded shops: Chanel Boutiques, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Prada at DFS Galleria Macao

2.6. The Voucher is not refundable nor redeemable for cash.

2.7. The Voucher is not valid after the expiry date and no compensation will be made to Cardholders.

2.8. Replacement will not be made in case of loss of the Voucher.

2.9. The Voucher shall be valid until on January 31, 2009.

2.10. Cardholders understand and accept that all products and services are not provided by MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited or MasterCard International Incorporated (as "MasterCard") bears no obligations and liabilities for any matters related to each product and service (including but not limited to its quality and quantity).

2.11. The decision of DFS Hong Kong Limited ("DFS HK") and MasterCard in respect of any dispute arising out of the Voucher shall be final.

2.12. MasterCard and DFS HK may vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2.13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
