UEFA Champions League Final competition - full terms and conditions

1. By entering the competition, you agree to the following conditions. The competition is run by MasterCard Europe sprl, 198a Chaussée de Tervuren, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium (hereinafter "MasterCard").
2. MasterCard will hold a competition on the day of the UEFA Champions League Final 2012 (May 19, 2012 / Promotion Period) in Munich. A precondition for participation in the competition is payment with the MasterCard® card or the Maestro® card, on the day of the Final match, at the cashiers of the catering businesses or merchandising shops in the stadium (Allianz Arena).
3. The details of any such purchase must be sent via SMS no later than May 26, 2012, to the following number: ++ 49 176 – 888 44644. The message must read as follows: MC followed by amount, no blank (e.g. MC1990). Costs per text message depend on provider.
4. MasterCard reserves the right to request proof of payment with MasterCard® or Maestro® card. Any information contained on the payment receipt which is not required for participation may be made illegible.
5. Multiple entries are possible; there is no limitation with respect to the number of purchases entered. Each text message must refer to one purchase only.
6. MasterCard will draw from all participants the winner of the prize: the original referee cards (Red and Yellow Card) of the 2012 UEFA Champions League Final. There will be one (1) winner only.
7. The winner will be notified by phone call to the number from which the winning text message has been sent.
8. Participants must be holders of a MasterCard® card or Maestro® card, age 18 or older. Employees of MasterCard and their families are excluded from entering, as are persons, companies and service providers working for MasterCard as well as their employees and families.
9. Competition agents and clubs are excluded from entry.
10. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties or exchanged for cash.
11. MasterCard is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence or by breaching fundamental contractual duties. Limitation of liability does not apply in the event of death or personal injury.
12. There is no legal recourse.
13. MasterCard reserves the right to terminate or change the competition without prior notification and without giving reasons, in the event that it is no longer possible to conduct the competition properly for de-facto or legal reasons.
14. The competition is governed solely by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
15. Should any part of these conditions of entry become invalid, the remaining conditions shall remain valid.

Data Protection Notice

1. Information being provided by you will be recorded and saved by digame mobile GmbH, Schanzenstraße 38, 51063 Cologne and forwarded to MasterCard. MasterCard is also the entity responsible for recording, saving and processing your personal data.
2. Personal data will only be recorded, saved and electronically processed for the purposes of the promotion, and only for as long as is required to manage the promotion and especially notify the winner. Personal data will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be passed on or made available to any third party not involved in conducting or administering this promotion.
3. You can access and correct your personal data at any time by e-mailing to info@mastercard-promotion.de.
4. You hereby agree to your personal data being forwarded in conjunction with those listed above to MasterCard’s contractor K&R GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 30-34, 65760 Eschborn, Germany to process the data and to administer the promotion for the purposes listed above.
5. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time in writing by sending an e-mail to info@mastercard-promotion.de. Your participation in this competition will then be terminated, due to the lack of personal data required.
6. If you withdraw your consent, MasterCard will inform all parties listed above which are involved in managing the promotion.
