1. The promotion is open to MasterCard® and Maestro® cardholders.
2. Employees of MasterCard, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from participation.
3. To Enter: on the day of a UEFA Champions League Football match listed in clause 5, simply show a valid MasterCard or Maestro card at a participating club stadium and receive a scratch card.
4. Only one scratch card per person per match.
5. Match dates to participate are:

6. Scratch cards will only be valid at match where received.
7. Scratch cards received outside these dates will not be eligible.
8. The Prize: there is one main prize per Match Day. The winner will receive the official red and yellow referee cards from that evening’s UEFA Champions League match. Runners-up will receive a goodie bag including a UEFA Champions League branded MasterCard bag, a UEFA Champions League branded MasterCard pin, UEFA Champions League branded MasterCard sticky notes, a UEFA Champions League branded MasterCard lanyard and a UEFA Champions League branded MasterCard notebook.
9. The winning scratch card has been distributed fairly and under independent supervision.
10. Those revealing the Win message on the scratch card should present it to the MasterCard promotional staff on the Match Day to claim the prize, or send the winning card within four weeks of the Match Day to Red & Yellow Card Promotion, MasterCard Europe sprl, Chaussée de Tervuren 198a, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium along with their name and full postal address.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize. The prizes are non transferable. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prize.
12. The prize winner may be required to participate in related publicity.
13. For winners name and region, please write to ‘Winners List’ at the address in clause 10 within four weeks of the final match day.
14. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
