Craig Penney

With over 25 years experience in the Canadian banking and card services industries, Craig Penney joined MasterCard Canada in 1995 and has held senior management positions in debit, operations, business development and customer relations. As Chief of Staff, Mr. Penney is responsible for planning, business metrics and reporting, performance monitoring and liaison to numerous business units and internal committees.

Prior to this, Mr. Penney was Vice President, Customer Relations, responsible for managing business and operational relationships with the majority of MasterCard Canada’s top customers.

Before joining MasterCard, Mr. Penney spent 20 years with National Trust where he held a number of senior positions, including Assistant Vice President, Automated Banking Services, and was instrumental in the development, evolution and operation of National Trust’s highly successful ATM and debit card program.

Mr. Penney is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Management program at the University of Western Ontario.
